Pon Power AS Secures Contract with Green Yard Kleven 

Pon Power AS has signed an agreement with Green Yard Kleven for the delivery of main generator sets to an Offshore Energy Field Support Vessel with MT6067 design from Marin Teknikk.

The vessel will operate for the “Neptun Deep” project, which is the largest natural gas project in the Romanian Black Sea. The four generator sets from Pon Power include 2x Cat C32 and 2x Cat 3512E with variable speed and Cat SCR. These generator sets will be able to reduce fuel consumption by up to 30%, which in turn will decrease greenhouse gas emissions.

Pon Power’s variable speed generator sets:

• Reduces fuel consumption by up to 30%
• Reduces noise
• Extends the lifespan of the generators
• Minimizes the overall operational costs.
