As a supplier of machines, we are committed to having a high focus on the external environment as well as sustainable solutions internally and externally.
Pon's goal is to let the environmental focus be part of the daily routines in all parts of the company. We conduct surveys to map the environmental impact of our business, and on the basis of this, establish action plans for relevant areas.
WE ARE ACTIVELY WORKING TO:
HVO meets the fuel standard ASTM D975 and EN15940 and can replace, mix or combine with fossil diesel in all Cat machines and engines newer than 20 years.
Pon Equipment wants to help ensure that everyone has a safe and secure working day. This applies to both our own employees and those who come to perform larger or smaller tasks for or at Pon. We have therefore created what we call a Safety Introduction Pon eLearning, which everyone must complete.
The introduction is made in collaboration with Munio AS, and we use their portal for access and registration.
To take the course, press the button below, create account and password. If you already have an account with Munio, you can use the same username and password.
Press the Safety Introduction button from Pon and start the course. Courses and assignments take 20-25 minutes to complete. Feel free to print or save the course certificate electronically, so that it can be shown on request.

In 2018 Pon Equipment developed a battery-powered excavator, a Cat 323F (25-ton) Z-line. Z-line stands for Zero line, a zero-emission machine that is charged and can be used for 5-7 hours without charging. One hour of charging gives one hour of work. This is the machine of the future for construction sites in the larger cities where emission requirements are strict. Did you know, for example, that in 2016, construction machinery accounted for 30% of emissions in Oslo?
