New IT System  

On the 7th of November 2022 at 07.00 CET, Pon Equipment and Pon Power will migrate to a new IT system (ERP). This will affect all our processes. The system, called NAXT, is used by over 30 CAT dealers around the world. NAXT will optimize our daily operations and help us serve our customers more efficiently. During the transition period, some disruptions to our business processes may occur. We apologize for any inconveniences this might cause.  

TWO INVOICES ON THE SAME ORDER?

During the month of October, we will close all ongoing orders for service and parts in the existing legacy system. This applies to both completed orders, as well as for ongoing orders. For ongoing orders, two invoices will be sent out – one from the old system and one from the new one. This will not result in double invoicing. For orders invoiced in both systems, invoices from the new system will be marked with the order number from the old system for cross-reference.

LONG RESPONSE TIME?

At the turn of October/November, the transition to the new IT system may result in a slightly longer response time. We apologize for the inconveniences that this might cause you and your business. We encourage you to order parts and services as soon as possible before end of October

CAN I STILL place an ORDER ON PARTS.CAT.COM?

In the period 1 - 7 November, you will not be able to order parts via parts.cat.com. For urgent orders during this period, please contact the parts counter.

NEW INVOICING ADDRESS FROM OCTOBER 26.

On the 26th of October, mandatory electronic invoices will be introduced and we encourage all our suppliers to send invoices via the PEPPOL network (Pan European Public Procurement Online). Those of our suppliers who use this format today, will continue to send invoices as usual.
