Given that not all situations are the same, a Pre-top contract is always a customised contract. The contract covers a number of inspections combined with additional maintenance services. These additional services include periodic inspections of lubricant, engine/propeller load, and combustion chambers (endoscopically), as well as inspection of flexible coupling, alignment, and alarm system testing and calibration.
