Want to prevent parts of your machine from wearing out quickly or getting broken? If so, it makes sense to have them inspected regularly. At the time of regular servicing or a technical inspection (TA inspection), your machine will be subjected to a range of checks. The number of items checked varies depending on the type of machine, but it can be as many as 152 different items. It depends in part on the choice of minor or major maintenance.
During a technical inspection, our inspector will examine the functioning of every component, system, coupling, connection and tool. Everything that is testable will be tested: pushing force, revs, diameters, electric currents. All ‘wet’ systems will be checked for leaks and the condition of fluids will be examined. Besides parts susceptible to wear, there will be an examination of safety devices. On average, an inspection takes 6 to 8 hours, depending on the type of machine.
Our adviser will visit you free of charge to obtain an initial impression. Based on this visit, the next maintenance steps will be determined. During the inspection, literally every system and every component will be thoroughly examined and checked. You will know exactly what condition your machine is in and what repairs might be necessary. You will receive a detailed report that contains all the results and conclusions.
